Attendance and activity policy

Sessions only work when people turn up — but real life always comes first.

• Students should report an absence if they'll miss a session or an event they signed up for.
• Staff should come to at least one session a week, and report absences as early as possible so lessons can be covered.
• A break of a week or more is a leave of absence (LOA). Report it using the absence form or the Discord absence channel.
• Staff who are inactive for three weeks without an LOA may be moved off the staff team. They're welcome to reapply when they're ready to come back.
