Staying safe
Bluebird is a game, but the people you play with are real. Here's how we keep everyone safe.
Bluebird is a roleplay, but the people you play with are real — and your safety is our top priority. Most of our players are young people, so please read this page and talk to a trusted adult about the games you play.
Golden rules
- Never share personal information — your real name, address, school, phone number, photos, passwords or social media — with anyone you meet online, even if they seem friendly.
- Keep chats in the open. Staff will never ask to talk to you privately, ask for photos, or ask to move to another app. If someone does, tell a moderator straight away.
- No one at Bluebird will ever ask for your password, Robux or items.
- If something feels wrong, it probably is. You won't be in trouble for telling us.
How to report a problem
- In the game: use Roblox's Report button (open the menu, then choose Report) and tell a member of staff.
- On Discord: open a ticket on our server so a moderator can help, and use Discord's own report tool (right-click or long-press the message, then Report).
- Tell a trusted adult — a parent, carer or teacher in real life.
If you are worried about your safety or someone else's
- If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
- Childline is free and confidential for anyone under 19: call 0800 1111 or visit childline.org.uk.
- If an adult online has made you feel uncomfortable or asked you to do something you don't want to, report it to CEOP.
For parents and carers
Roblox and Discord both have parental controls. You can find helpful, independent advice from Internet Matters, the NSPCC and Thinkuknow. Discord's minimum age is 13.
