Our staff team makes Bluebird what it is. Teachers plan and deliver lessons using our curriculum, teaching assistants support students, and school staff — from receptionists to dinner staff and caretakers — make the school feel real.

What we're looking for

• You're 13 or older and active on our Discord server.
• You're mature, kind and patient, and you set a good example.
• You can come to sessions regularly, and let us know when you can't.
• You're happy to follow our rules and the staff code of conduct.

What you'll get

• Ready-made, week-by-week curriculum plans for every year group.
• A friendly team, and the chance to progress — teachers can become year leads, subject leads and senior leaders.

All roles are voluntary roleplay positions. Every application is read by the senior leadership team, and you may be invited to a short interview on Discord.
