Staff code of conduct

Staff are role models. Everyone on the staff team agrees to:

• follow our rules and set a good example, in character and out;
• treat every player fairly and kindly, with no favourites;
• stay in character during sessions, and keep the roleplay age-appropriate;
• plan lessons using our curriculum and the Teaching Pack;
• never message players privately about anything other than Bluebird business, never ask for personal information, and never give or ask for Robux, items or gifts;
• report any safety concern to the moderation team straight away;
• use moderation tools (kicks, warnings, bans) only for real rule-breaking, and log them;
• keep staff discussions, applications and reports confidential;
• attend sessions regularly, and report absences in advance.

Breaking the code of conduct can lead to a warning, demotion or removal from the staff team.
