Please don't put personal information in your answers. If you do by mistake, ask us to delete it.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Form answers are saved in a private Google Sheet that only our senior leadership team and the staff who need it can open. The website is hosted by Vercel. We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else, unless we have to report something to Roblox, Discord or the police to keep someone safe.
How long we keep it
- Applications: up to 6 months after we've made a decision.
- Contact messages: up to 6 months.
- Absence reports and club sign-ups: until the end of the term.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Open a ticket on our Discord server and a senior leader will help.
