Safeguarding and online safety policy
Safety · Next review: 1 September 2027
Bluebird is a roleplay, but our players are real people, many of them young. Keeping everyone safe comes before everything else.
What we expect from everyone
- Never ask for or share personal information: real names, addresses, schools, phone numbers, photos, passwords or social media accounts.
- Keep conversations in public channels. Players should not move conversations with people they don't know to private messages or other apps.
- No dating or relationship roleplay, and nothing inappropriate for a primary school setting.
What we expect from staff
- Staff never message players privately about anything other than Bluebird business, never ask for personal information, photos or contact details, and never offer gifts, Robux or items.
- Staff who see or hear anything worrying report it to the moderation team straight away, even if it seems small.
- Staff never promise to keep a worry secret. They pass it on so the right people can help.
How we respond to concerns
- Any report is taken seriously and handled by senior moderators, privately.
- Anyone who puts others at risk is removed from the game and the Discord server, and reported to Roblox and Discord.
- If someone may be in danger, we encourage them to tell a trusted adult, and we will contact the police or CEOP where needed.
