Behaviour policy

Our behaviour policy keeps sessions fun, realistic and fair. It applies in character during sessions and out of character in our Discord server.

Our three school rules: Ready, Respectful, Safe.

In character (during the roleplay)

• Teachers praise good behaviour with house points, "Star of the Week" in Friday assembly and positive notes home.
• When behaviour falls short, staff follow the same steps: a reminder, a warning, time to reflect, then a detention or a visit to the headteacher's office.
• Detentions and other consequences are part of the roleplay and should be taken in good spirit.

Out of character (real rule-breaking)

When a player breaks our rules, moderators follow these steps: a reminder, a warning, removal from the session, then a temporary or permanent ban. Serious rule-breaking — such as harassment, inappropriate content or sharing personal information — can lead to an immediate ban.

Every warning and ban is logged by the moderation team. Players can appeal through a Discord ticket (see our complaints and appeals policy).
