Privacy and data protection policy

We collect as little information as possible, and never real-world personal details.

• Our forms only ask for Roblox and Discord usernames and your answers — never real names, addresses, dates of birth, phone numbers or schools.
• Answers are stored in a private Google Sheet that only the staff who need it can open.
• Staff must never copy, screenshot or share applications or reports outside the staff team.
• We delete applications after 6 months, and absence reports and club sign-ups at the end of each term.
• Anyone can ask to see or delete what we hold about them by opening a Discord ticket.
