Year 3 travel back to the Stone Age
Kingfishers class spent the day as Stone Age hunter-gatherers, building shelters and making cave paintings.
On Wednesday, Kingfishers class swapped their uniforms for Stone Age costumes for a day of hands-on history. Children made cave paintings, built shelters in our forest school area and investigated replica tools to work out how they were used.
A fantastic start to our Stone Age to Iron Age topic — well done, Kingfishers!
