Assistant Head of Year 1
Support the Head of Year 1 in leading Robins class, and step in when they're away.

The assistant head of year works alongside the Head of Year 1, helping to run Robins class and stepping in to lead the year group when the head of year is away. It's a great first leadership role.
You will
- support Year 1's teachers and assistants in lessons;
- help keep the Year 1 curriculum plans up to date;
- help with behaviour, wellbeing and new students settling in;
- lead the year group when the head of year can't be there.
You need to be
- 13 or older and active on our Discord server;
- kind, patient and a good role model;
- able to come to at least one session a week.
