Assistant headteachers are part of the senior leadership team. Each one leads an area of school life — such as behaviour, the curriculum, events or a key stage — and supports the headteacher and deputies.
You will
- lead assemblies, sessions and events, in character;
- support and coach teachers and assistants, and help train new staff;
- make sure our rules and behaviour policy are followed, and pass any real concerns to the moderation team;
- help review staff applications and run interviews.
You need to be
- 13 or older and active on our Discord server;
- experienced in school roleplay, ideally as a teacher or leader;
- calm, fair and a good role model for staff and students.
