Behaviour support assistants help lessons run calmly and smoothly. You'll work with classes and students who need a bit of extra help to make good choices, led by the behaviour support manager.

You will

  • support students in lessons and around school, in character;

  • help in the reflection room and help students get back to learning;

  • follow our behaviour policy and record what happens;

  • pass any real concerns straight to the moderation team.

You need to be

  • 13 or older and active on our Discord server;

  • calm, patient and a good role model;

  • able to come to sessions regularly.

No experience is needed — full training is given.
