The behaviour support manager makes sure our behaviour policy is followed fairly and consistently in every lesson and around the school. You'll work closely with the assistant headteacher who leads behaviour and attitudes.

You will

  • lead and train the behaviour support assistants, and set their rotas;

  • run the reflection room and help students get back on track, in character;

  • keep track of behaviour incidents, rewards and sanctions, and spot patterns early;

  • support teachers with classes that need extra help;

  • pass any real concerns straight to the moderation team.

You need to be

  • 13 or older and active on our Discord server;

  • calm, fair and confident leading a small team;

  • able to come to sessions regularly.
