Inclusion Manager
Lead inclusion and SEND across the school, and manage our team of SEND assistants.

The inclusion manager makes sure every student can take part in lessons. You'll lead our inclusion and SEND work and manage the SEND assistants.
You will
- plan how students with additional needs are supported in lessons, in character;
- lead and train the SEND assistants, and give them their classes;
- work with heads of year and the pastoral team on students who need extra help;
- make sure lessons and activities are accessible to everyone, including anyone using text chat only.
You need to be
- 13 or older and active on our Discord server;
- patient, organised and caring;
- able to come to sessions regularly.
