Salary: Unpaid voluntary position
Location: Roblox and Discord

Lead practitioners are some of our most experienced teachers. You'll teach your own lessons and help the rest of the teaching team get better at theirs, working with the deputy headteacher who leads teaching and learning.

You will

  • teach lessons that show our curriculum and routines at their best, in character;

  • watch other teachers' lessons and give kind, helpful feedback;

  • help train new teachers and keep the Teaching Pack up to date;

  • share ideas and resources with the whole teaching team.

You need to be

  • 13 or older and active on our Discord server;

  • an experienced and confident teacher in school roleplay;

  • able to come to sessions regularly.
