Pastoral assistants look after wellbeing and behaviour around the school. You'll be a friendly face at break and lunchtime and help students who are finding things hard.
You will
- run break and lunchtime duties, and the pastoral room, in character;
- help resolve fallings-out and support our anti-bullying work;
- work with heads of year on behaviour and wellbeing;
- pass any real concerns straight to the moderation team.
You need to be
- 13 or older and active on our Discord server;
- calm, kind and a good listener;
- able to come to at least one session a week.
