Pastoral Support Assistant

Look after students' wellbeing and behaviour around school, at break and lunch, and in the pastoral room.

Our pastoral staff look after wellbeing and behaviour around the school. You'll be a friendly face at break and lunchtime and help students who are finding things hard.

You will

  • run break and lunchtime duties, and the pastoral room, in character;

  • help resolve fallings-out and support our anti-bullying work;

  • work with heads of year on behaviour and wellbeing;

  • pass any real concerns straight to the moderation team.

You need to be

  • 13 or older and active on our Discord server;

  • calm, kind and a good listener;

  • able to come to sessions regularly.
