The pastoral support manager leads our pastoral team and makes sure every student feels safe, happy and looked after at school.

You will

  • lead the pastoral team, set break and lunchtime duty rotas and run the pastoral room, in character;

  • lead our anti-bullying work and help resolve fallings-out;

  • work with heads of year and the inclusion manager on students who need extra support;

  • make sure any real concerns reach the designated safeguarding lead and the moderation team straight away.

You need to be

  • 13 or older and active on our Discord server;

  • kind, organised and a good listener;

  • able to come to sessions regularly.
