SEND assistants help students with special educational needs and disabilities take part fully in lessons. You'll work with a class, led by the inclusion manager.
You will
- support individual students and small groups during lessons, in character;
- help adapt activities so everyone can join in;
- let the class teacher and inclusion manager know how students are getting on.
You need to be
- 13 or older and active on our Discord server;
- patient, encouraging and understanding;
- able to come to at least one session a week.
No experience is needed — full training is given.
